Jeff Brainard, CFP®, CFS

Managing Partner & Individual Wealth Strategist

Twenty-five years of financial experience with a diverse background to help you plan your financial objectives.

Jeff is a native of the Denver area and has been married to his wife, Christa, for 24 years. They have three beautiful children, two boys and a girl, who spend the majority of their days keeping themselves (and their parents) quite busy and constantly on the move with sports and dance.

Jeff has an extensive background in financial services and has worked for some of the largest investment management firms in the world over a 20-year+ career.  He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) in 2010 and is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Accounting.

Jeff is also a staunch believer in using ETFs and low-cost index funds for client investments. He was one of the pioneers of the ETF industry, being named to the original institutional sales team for the Select Sector SPDRs in 2004 and had the opportunity to ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange with ALPS Portfolio Solutions in 2012.  He also believes in the fiduciary standard and that everyone needs a professionally developed financial plan to help them achieve their goals.  He subscribes to the notion that the majority of financial problems can be solved by saving more money and spending less of it, and that most of the other things will require some help.

Since 2009, he has volunteered as a coach in the South Jeffco Sports Association and has been both a head coach and an assistant coach for baseball, basketball, and football during that time. In 2018, he was named the freshman baseball coach at Columbine High School, and in 2022 was named to Mullen High School’s (Denver) baseball coaching staff, currently in charge of the junior varsity. It's been a great excuse to spend time outdoors with his boys and give back to the community. When not coaching sports, there is a good chance that he's attending a ballet recital or performance for the Littleton Youth Ballet to watch his daughter.

Professional Designations:

  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification(1)

  • Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) certification(2)

(1) This certification is owned and awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.  The CFP® designation is awarded to individuals who meet the CFP® Board's initial and ongoing requirements and successfully pass extensive exams in the areas of financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning, and retirement.

Grant Glenn, CFA, CFP®

Managing Partner & Individual Wealth Strategist

Nearly twenty years of serving clients with personalized financial guidance, supported by industry accolades that reflect his commitment to excellence.

Before moving to Denver, Grant Glenn grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, also known as Ski Town, U.S.A.®, which has produced 98 Olympians in 80 years. Even though Grant was not an Olympian, he learned that there is more than one way to navigate a mountain—some trails are better suited than others, depending on your goals. The same applies to wealth management—there are many paths in financial planning, and Grant is dedicated to helping individuals and families choose the right one to achieve their financial objectives.

Grant co-founded Noble Wealth Partners with the belief that every client deserves a financial plan and investment strategy tailored to their unique goals. He would welcome the opportunity to partner with you and help guide you down the right trail to achieve your financial dreams.

Grant believes advisors committed to serving their clients should take the time to master their profession and he has never left the financial industry after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in finance. Grant has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation (“CFA is the gold standard of the investment profession.” Financial Times, 06/14/2020), and Grant is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP).

Grant served on the Investment Advisory Committee for Colorado State University from 2017 to 2024, providing guidance on the university's approximately $900 million operating portfolio, which grew by $109,733,537 during his tenure, helping to fund various initiatives at the university. He is also an active member of the CFA Society of Colorado. To explore and discuss innovative wealth strategies, Grant co-founded the Irish Coffee Club, a think tank composed of four investment professionals, all of whom hold the CFA designation and CFP® certification.

Outside the office, Grant treasures time with his beautiful wife and their kids, Reaux and Daxon. In college, he was a member of the Club Tennis Team and the Head Coach of the CSU Snowboard Team. To this day, he continues to relish competitive tennis, social pickleball, and snowboarding.
